Installed on its own hostname with a certificate, on a machine we provision underneath it. The quote always shows both.
Management

Monitoring, patching, capacity review, renewal and cost watch, with a quarterly audit included. It stays yours.
Prices are indicative while the pricing model is being settled. Any price you are actually given is fixed at the moment you agree it and does not move afterwards, even if the catalogue changes.
Start with an audit
It requires no access to change anything, it works on the systems you already have, and it ends with a list of specific, priced work you can accept or decline item by item.
Finding
What is wrong, with the evidence that shows it, and what happens if it is left alone.
Solution
What should be done about it, in plain language, whoever does it. You keep the option of doing it yourself.
Proposal
What we would charge to do it — a real quote, ready to accept. If nothing is worth doing, we say so and attach no price.
What this is not. A configuration and hygiene audit. Not a penetration test, not a code review, and not a compliance certification. We would rather say so than let you believe you have been tested in a way you have not.
How we work
A price before anything happens
Every change is quoted first — the one-off cost, our fee, and the effect on your monthly bill, separately. Nothing runs until someone with the right to decide approves it, and a price you agreed does not move afterwards.
No arbitrary commands
We do not run what somebody typed. Every change is a named, versioned playbook with a check that runs first and a way to undo itself, and every command and its output is recorded.
Read-only means read-only
An audit changes nothing on your estate, and that is enforced rather than promised: a read-only playbook whose command would write is refused before it is sent.
Your systems stay yours
In delegated mode the accounts are yours and you revoke us at will. Your infrastructure keeps running if we disappear — we hold the management layer, not the systems.
